At Thursday's 'Ringer' panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Sarah Michelle Gellar said the surprises in the show were what drew her back to TV.

"I realized it was the first time in a really long time that I had been surprised [by something I'd read]," Gellar said of the drama-thriller, in which she plays twin sisters with double the secrets.


We caught up with the cast -- including Gellar, Nestor Carbonell (who plays a cop), Ioan Gruffud (who plays the husband of one of the sisters) and Kristoffer Polaha (a man with a romantic interest in that same sister) -- before their panel to hear more about the show.
