When you think of a Turkish bath house, you might have the same romanticized version of it in your head that Ryan Gosling did. But, as he told Jimmy Fallon on 'Late Night' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC), the reality was a whole different creature.

Gosling didn't get beautiful women fanning him with palm leaves and feeding him grapes. "It's just like a big hairy Turkish guy who washes you with a bar of soap," he said.

It was bad enough, he thought, paying for this, but it got much worse when in a moment of pain at the rough treatment, Gosling opened his mouth and the guy's stomach went into his mouth.

"You know how when you eat something weird, your brain sends your tongue to investigate?" he asked ...

You've gotta give Gosling credit for knowing how to tell a story. Fallon was horrified and disgusted by this point, as were we. We're certainly going to be wary of any gift certificates we receive to any place that might remotely resemble the disturbing picture he was painting.
