Lily Tomlin Books 'NCIS' Role

Well, at my age 85, it's always nice to see some of the very talented actors come back for a cameo.
NCIS, has been one of my favorite TV. shows
Some of these ( one a bee shows, ) insult our intelligence.

I wonder if McGee's grandmother, who, I am willing to bet he calls Nana, has tatoos. I think she and Abby will hit it off right away. Of course, she will embarass Tim by flirting with DiNozzo in a fun and harmless way--after all if Ducky and Jackson can flirt why not she?

it will be great seeing Lily play the part. She is an exceptional actress and I can predict she will add new color on the story. I will be waiting for her debut in the show. I will be tuning on tvhod so that i wont miss the episode.

I think it will bw gereat to see Lily play a grandmother to Tim, I hope to get more info on his family. Now when it comes to Jethro's love life I want to see Major Mann come back as a love connection. The times the story has had Major Mann the sparks fly they play there parts so convincingly .

Ok, "poppaspond" I'm with you! The only clue I could find that she was dying anyway was an abnormal blood test revealed by "Ducky." I'd love to see her come back either in a cameo appearence or as a vision that Jethro has about his trip with her during their "Yugoslavia" days. It would be great if she could pull off a Lazarus and be resurected though!

Now, regarding Lilly Tomlin. I think she would be a fantastic addition to the cast whatever her age! When people tell me I'm not "old" I just say back: Well, this is what 68 looks like. I'm proud of my age and don't care what any one else thinks about it because I'm fine wiht it!

The first story about Lily said that she was going to play his mother and grandmother??? What's up with that?? I'm thrilled to see her back on screen, she is a hoot and one of the best ever. Way to go, NCIS ... best show, best cast and now a perfect addition to the group. Thanks!!

OK, why is everyone complaining about Ms. Tomlin playing McGee's grandma? You've got to remember that not Ms. Tomlin isn't that young she may look like it, and I don't mean to imply that she's old either. Yet, she has been around for a while. Now, not everyone looks like they're grandparents anymore. It so happens that some people we think are the grandparents are actually the parents and vice versa. I'm sure Ms. Tomlin loves to hear that she doesn't look old enough to play the grandma, but we also don't know how old any of the cast is, they keep that on the dl so, who knows. The one person who hasn't had family is Abby, I'd love to see someone from her family, but, I'd love to see them dress, and act "normal", and maybe give some insight on why she dresses and acts like she does. I do from an interview she gave, she said the one reason she said yes to the job, is because she is exactly like the character she plays, she dresses like that and loves all the stuff she talks about on the show. She did say that most of the tats she has are her own, but they do add some. I love the way she gets so excited about things, and she has a unique relationship with all the members on the show.
