Steve Carell and Jimmy Fallon Compare 'Ambiguously Gay Duo' Gary Voices (VIDEO)

Steve Carell, 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'It was a reunion of two Garys on 'Late Night' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC) when Steve Carell joined Jimmy Fallon. Carell is the long-time voice of the sidekick superhero, Gary, in the Robert Smigel 'SNL' cartoon series 'The Ambiguously Gay Duo.'

This past season, though, the characters erupted into real-life during one short, with Jon Hamm stepping in as Ace and Jimmy Fallon as his counterpart Gary.

Carell decided that they needed to each do the voice, in a kind of competition to see where things stack up, so he came up with an appropriate line for Gary. Imagine a plug has come unplugged from a wall.

"Hey Ace, let's pull it out and stick it back in," Carell said in his Gary voice. Then Fallon said the same line.

Carell then said he was the Michael Keaton, and ultimately every other actor to play Batman exept for the current man behind the cowl, whereas Jimmy Fallon is "the definitive one," or the Christian Bale.

Do you want to see Fallon and Hamm reprise the live-action roles of Ace and Gary in future installments, or should it go back to strictly animation?
