This episode got a little ridiculous again. An automobile is a Faraday cage isolated by its rubber tires. Electricity running through water on the ground should not be able to affect anything inside the car, because there's no conducting path to follow. And Gary's power continues to work whatever way is most convenient for the plot. I can understand why he might be able to see a DOS attack, but why should it affect him?
