A Drunken Yacht Cruise Distracts One Team on 'Hell's Kitchen' (VIDEO)
It was a tough week on 'Hell's Kitchen' (Tue., 8PM ET on FOX) for several women. For the next challenge both teams were cooking for a high school reunion. To get some guidance, Paul and Elizabeth were invited to sit in on a committee meeting, but apparently Elizabeth's mind was elsewhere.Maybe she was wondering if Elise could really improve her attitude in the kitchen and with the other contestants. Or maybe she was concerned about something she saw on the wall. One thing's for certain. She wasn't listening.
!!SPOILER ALERT!!
Elizabeth completely missed the Hawaiian theme, and served bacon to a non-meat eating committee member. All of this sent the blue team and Natalie to a booze-soaked yacht trip for winning. And Natalie was soaking up more than rays and alcohol; she was loving the attention she got from the guys.
She got a little naughty in an impromptu photo shoot, lifting her dress a bit to tease her bikini bottoms for the response she was getting from the boys. She admitted she enjoyed the attention and had so much fun out there that she was still drunk when they returned.
Maybe it was all that distraction, and the alcohol still simmering in their systems, but the blue team couldn't get it together in the kitchen. Elise may have still argued and proven she couldn't change her attitude, but she stepped up as a leader and helped the red team get the dinner service out and avoid getting thrown out of the kitchen. The blue team was booted by Gordon Ramsay when no one could get the fish cooked.
The blue team put up Paul and Monterray, with Ramsay pulling Paul up to join them so he too could explain himself and try to argue why he should stay. All three men had been put on the fish and none of them had been able to pull it off.
Monterray was finally sent packing, which was probably a blessing to the blue team as he's struggled pretty consistently throughout the weeks. One weak link eliminated means a stronger team over all. Maybe if they stay sober, they can turn it around and win next time.
