'Daily Show' Analyzes Survey Saying Congress Acted Like 'Spoiled Children' (VIDEO)

In a recent CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey, 77 percent of people said they felt that politicians acted like 'spoiled children' in the weeks leading up to the debt-ceiling vote. Obviously all that posturing didn't sit well with voters on both sides of the political spectrum. On 'The Daily Show' (Weeknights, 11PM ET on Comedy Central), Jon Stewart turned to his 'Analysis Mob' to break it down.
Approval of Congress dropped to 14 percent in the poll, which lead Stewart to ask his analysts how they would describe the current climate in Congress.
"Americans are a forgiving bunch," said Jason Jones. "I see Congress more as a bunch of monkeys, high-fiving each other in celebration, having forgotten that mere moments ago they were throwing their own feces."
Wyatt Cenac took a more cerebral approach, saying that mere words couldn't grasp the magnitude of it, instead opting for an interpretive dance performance. However you look at it, it appears as if Congress did more damage than good for themselves through this whole process. If they were hoping to impress their constituents, then they failed miserably.
