Betrayal is always a bitter pill to swallow, but it hurts far more when it comes from the people we trust the most, as Jeff found out on this week's 'Flipping Out' (Tue., 9PM ET on Bravo).

When it seemed as though Trace wasn't taking the job as seriously as he used to, Jeff took it upon himself to check his employee's computer, and he didn't like what he found there.

"I found something that maybe you can explain ... 'cause that doesn't look like something we're working on with my client," Jeff accused, forcing Trace to reluctantly admit that he's been working on his own projects on the side.

"I'm not afraid to lose you ... I was before, because I relied on you so much, but now I'm not," Jeff said, while Trace sat stony-faced across from him. "You have totally changed, you are not the same humble kid that was working with me two years ago ... My feeling is right now, you've lost your job."
