Someone ought to tell Bryce Dallas Howard to ease up on the sweat talk on national television -- it's in danger of becoming a case of TMI.

Earlier this week, she visited Jay Leno to discuss her "massive crotch sweat" while filming 'The Help,' and last night, she stopped by 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!) and mentioned her penchant for sweating through her clothes during talk show appearances.

"I'm gonna show you guys something that I really shouldn't show you, but I sweat everywhere, and this is kind of a sheer fabric, so I'm wearing leggings right now so that I don't sweat through the couch," Howard revealed, lifting up her skirt to reveal her cropped leggings.

"Does this happen with you when you're not pregnant or just when you're pregnant?" Handler asked, much to Howard's embarrassment. "It happened when I was not pregnant ..." the actress sheepishly admitted.
