Eden Makes Her Recording Debut on 'Toddlers and Tiaras' (VIDEO)

by Catherine Lawson, posted Aug 11th 2011 8:20AM
'Toddlers and Tiaras'At the tender age of six, Eden Wood is already a beauty pageant superstar. Now she has her sights set on conquering the music world.

This week on 'Toddlers and Tiaras' (Wed., 10PM ET on TLC) Eden made her recording debut with a song written especially for her by her agent: 'Cutie Patootie.'

A composed Eden said before the recording, "I've never done this before. ... I hope I can just perform it real good."

Well, she certainly has some impressive rapping chops. The jury's still out as to the merits of the lyrics, but name-checking Donald Trump seems like a smart move.

What's up next for Eden? A stint on 'Celebrity Apprenctice' perhaps?

She not only recorded this horrible song, obviously has NO TALENT, but she also now has dolls & books etc....... Give me a break. Mom compared her to other child stars at one point like Shirley Temple....NO WAY, Shirley had talent, Eden does not!!!!

OMG kill me now...this kid is tone deaf and her mother should be committed...all they obviously see are dollar signs..this child is out of control, full of herself and her mother is really a joke...This Toddlers and Tiaras is absolultely a pitiful commentary on society...shallow and ego driven...

I am no expert, but that kid can not carry a tune in a bucket. To all the Mothers of those little girls, shame on you for allowing your daughters to prance around like that in skimmy clothing and shake their butts . Think about all the child perverts watching your kids and are not thinking " oh how cute they look". Let your children be children while you can.

That is stupid. She needs to take a nap in her crib and leave "singing" alone.

My neighbor's dog occasionally howls at the moon. He sounds better than this. Someone tell this mother that little Eden has no talent.

These mothers turn my stomach. How can a mother ( or father ) dress their little girls like miniature ****** and think it's cute ? They actually encourage them to shake their asses ! The little girls are all disrespectful little brats and there is nothing cute about them. The parents are instilling in them a really warped value system. Most of the mothers are over weight cows and they live through their kids and wtf is with them loading the kids up with sugar ? They should be brought up on charges. As for the song, it ought to be boycotted.

It only seems that these pageants and contests aren't for these babies....they are for the ego maniacal parents. The display is sickening, and dressing their 4, 5, and 6 year olds to look like miniature prostitutes is disturbing. They have them flaunt around on stage in swimwear, dance in adult mannerisms. The mothers live vicariously through these kids. What ever happened to taking the kids fishing, going to a park, reading to them? Are parents so shallow that they feel they must force these children into stupid frilly costumes and make them dance like circus monkeys? Disgusting display of parenting.
