Mike and Harvey Investigate an Embezzling Daughter, Discover Fracking on 'Suits' (VIDEO)

The fact that Lola Jensen had a fake I.D. meant she was breaking the law, but that was only the start of it. On 'Suits' (Thursdays, 10PM on USA), Harvey and Mike had to figure out why Jensen, the daughter of one of their biggest clients, Jerome Jensen of the natural gas company Clarity, would need another identity. As it turns out, she was embezzling money from her father.

Mike caught up with Lola and confronted her about the embezzlement as she was working in a lab. Her explanation caught him off guard. "This is groundwater from Clarity's fracking operation south of Tulsa," she said. "It's got elevated levels of dibutoxyethanol, methane, and benzene."

Mike then realized the company Lola had set up as a cover, Loxley LLC, was a subtle reference to Robin of Loxley, or Robin Hood. The toxins, said Lola, were known to cause kidney failure, liver cancer, and infertility. She was stealing from the company to offset the unfair settlements Mike's company negotiated with the victims. "It doesn't matter how pure your motives are," he told Lola, "you're committing a very serious crime."

True, but Lola thought of that. She knew her father would never let her theft go public while worrying about his impending IPO, an advantage Robin Hood never had over the Sheriff of Nottingham.
