Amber Portwood Yells at Her Mother for Not Being Supportive on 'Teen Mom' (VIDEO)

Amber Portwood, 'Teen Mom'Amber Portwood's troubled life continued to unfold on 'Teen Mom' (Tue., 10PM ET on MTV). In this week's installment, we saw her make a fairly solid impression at Child Protective Services in her attempts to regain custody of her child from her ex-boyfriend Gary.

But later, back at the house, she completely lost it toward her exasperated mother. Amber was belligerent, disrespectful and downright nasty in yelling at her mother for her behavior during the hearing.

According to Amber, mom was just there for support and wasn't supposed to say or ask anything. Her mother had asked who would be taking the baby home after that meeting, but Amber said that obviously Gary was still maintaining full custody. Apparently, this had been explained multiple times.

It was a very uncomfortable exchange that didn't do much to make either woman look very good. They're in a very stressful situation together, and neither is providing the support and compassion that they both need.

Instead, Amber's mother stormed out telling her daughter to "get a f****** life," while Amber shouted that her mother wasn't "a f****** good mom." Unfortunately, Amber's journey isn't going to be improving any time soon on the show, as she winds up in rehab after a reported suicide attempt. well i feel bad for all these young girls, but must say Amber seems a very me,me, me person. also i never see her or gary walking, working, exercising or doing ANYTHING other than eating or "wallowing" in the bed and at that the bed is usually a mess and not even made up. she seems really lazy. and if they keep on that poolittle girl is going to be so unhappy and very fat. sure wish they would try to change.

With all the controversy surrounding these two, Why are they still being portrayed on this show thats suppose to be about How hard it is to be a teen mom, and showing our youth how hard of a life they have. All they are portraying with these two is violence that that little girl is growing up in. Im sorry but I was a teen mom also, I didnt get to lay around the house all day without working, and also get to rent suck a nice home for $600 a month. These two both are worthless, and need to be removed from this show!!

great just what we needed to do make young girls think that if they get knocked up at a young age they might be on TV....WTF is wrong with this country and what we call entertainment. Way to glorify teenage motherhood idiots!

This is called trash/reality TV for viewers that have nothing better to do than take this negative energy in. It's not reality by the way, it's all staged. Guess it makes some folks feel better about their lives when they see others falling, fighting and failing. - big difference these "stars" are making BIG bucks..

Only best thing for this sweet little girl to live with a adopted good family and it's probably for the best for Amber and her ex-boyfriend, Gary to give up their full parent rights. All I see is arguing and fighting with no peace in the sight.
