'Family Restaurant' Experiences a Hectic Chinese New Year (VIDEO)

It was the Chinese New Year on 'Family Restaurant' (Tue., 10PM ET on WE) meaning things were even busier than usual in the kitchen. But Miles' reaction to the dinnertime rush was a bit of a puzzler to us."This is exactly what I knew was going to happen. Everybody comes between 5:00 and 5:30," he lamented. "Everybody wants to eat at 6:00."
It's as if ... it's dinner time?
We're not sure what Miles was getting at, as the dinner rush is kind of one of the staples of the restaurant business. Add to that the holiday, and the cooks in the kitchen were far too busy trying to catch up and get the orders out to enjoy the New Year festivities in the dining room.
"I'm upside down, inside out right now," Miles said frantically in the kitchen while the lions danced in the dining area. "I don't know what's happening."
With some of the moves we saw, we kind of think the guys in the lion costumes might have been thinking the same things.
