Silas' New Hire Is More Than She Appears to Be on 'Weeds' (VIDEO)

Michelle Trachtenberg, 'Weeds'Bringing in a new employee in any business is a risky venture. If it's an illegal operation, due dilligence is even more essential. And yet, Silas let his libido do the hiring on 'Weeds' (Mon., 10PM ET on Showtime), when he invited

Shane convinced Nancy to let him be her man on the inside, as part of his internship program with the cops. But his isn't nearly as savvy as he needed to be, and winds up arrested. The evidence he did bring home, though, would have been helpful if Silas had only seen it the day before.

Instead, he invites Emma to flip from their rival organization, Pouncy House, and into his organization. He brings her in, shows her the operation and then promptly sleeps with her.

We hope it was the best night of his life, because when he woke up he saw the papers Shane had lifted from the precinct, and they indicated Emma as the boss of Pouncy House.

Did she really flip everything upside down in the bike shop, as a way to send a message of how powerful she is, probably? It was pretty awesome looking, if a bit surreal. However, in the back room she left a balloon and a warning in place of the computer, or "Brain" as Silas had called it.

So Shane is in the slammer and Pouncy House has their mainframe. And you thought Doug pulling a switcheroo on the SEC regarding their pensions running through Vehement Capital funds, freeing Nancy completely from an illegal entanglements with them.

The best bit? Nancy selling weed right then and there to one of the agents. She's got brass ones, that's for sure.
