TNT, Syfy, USA, Lifetime Announce Fall & Winter Premiere Dates

Burn NoticeWhile the broadcast networks have had their fall schedules lined up since May, cable networks have stuck to their summer programming during these warm months. Now, as autumn approaches, TNT, Syfy, USA and Lifetime have announced their schedules for the fall and winter months.

TNT is bringing back 'Leverage,' 'The Closer' and 'Rizzoli & Isles' in November and will premiere the fourth season of 'Southland' in 2012, while Syfy has saved plenty of paranormal-themed shows for the spooky month of October. The network's four-hour original movie 'Neverland' with Keira Knightley will debut Dec. 3.

USA will premiere the sixth season of 'Psych' in October, and bring back summer hits 'Covert Affairs' and 'Burn Notice' for six-episode runs in November. Lifetime, meanwhile, has announced several sure-to-be-classic TV movies for the month of October.

'Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files' Season 2 returns Wed., Oct. 19
'Neverland,' a four-hour original movie starring Keira Knightley, Anna Friel, Rhys Ifans and Bob Hoskins, airs Sun., Dec. 4 and Mon., Dec. 5


'Psych' Season 6 premieres Wed., Oct. 12 at 10PM ET
'Covert Affairs' Season 2 returns Tue., Nov. 1 at 10PM ET for six epsiodes
'Burn Notice' Season 5 returns Thu., Nov. 3 at 10PM ET for six episodes


'The Hunt for the I-5 Killer' premieres Sun., Oct. 2 at 8PM ET
Based on author Ann Rule's book and starring John Corbett ('United States of Tara') and Sara Canning '(The Vampire Diaries'), 'The Hunt for the 1-5 Killer' recounts the haunting tale of the year-long manhunt for the killer who in 1981 brutally raped and murdered 44 victims throughout the I-5 corridor in California.

'Girl Fight' premieres Mon., Oct. 3 at 9PM ET
Inspired by a true story and starring Anne Heche ('Hung') and James Tupper ('Grey's Anatomy'), 'Girl Fight' is the harrowing story of a 16-year-old, stellar high school student whose life spirals downward when a shocking video of her getting beat up by her former friends surfaces on the Internet.

'We Have Your Husband' premieres Mon., Oct. 17 at 9PM ET
American Jayne Valseca (Teri Polo, 'Meet the Parents'), her husband Eduardo (Esai Morales, 'NYPD Blue') and their two children live an idyllic life on their 1,000 acre ranch outside of a peaceful Mexico town. But one morning Eduardo is kidnapped and Jayne is left behind to pick up the pieces, throwing her into a living nightmare in which she is pushed to the limit to do everything she possibly can to raise the ransom money necessary to bring Eduardo back alive.

'Possessing Piper Rose' premieres Mon., Oct. 24 at 9PM ET
The story of a couple (Rebecca Romijn, 'X-Men' and David Cubitt, 'Medium') so desperate to adopt a child they might even bend the rules to get one. But when the 3-year old little girl of their dreams arrives, strange, inexplicable events begin to happen that threaten the couple's lives.

'Iris Johansen's The Killing Game' premieres Mon., Oct. 31 at 9PM ET
Based on the bestselling crime novel, 'Iris Johansen's The Killing Game' follows forensic sculptor Eve Duncan (Laura Prepon, 'That 70s Show'), who, ten years after the disappearance and murder of her 7-year-old daughter, is contacted by a man claiming to be the child's killer. Taunted by the man's mysterious clues about the case and his threats to kill again, precious memories of her daughter haunt Eve once more. Caught in a web of deceit, she gambles with her own life as she throws herself into her work to finally close the case and bring her daughter's murderer to justice.
