'Jersey Shore' took some time off from Jersey this season, and Deena Cortese took some time off from making out with guys on a recent episode. Her girl-makeout session caught the attention of Kit Hoover and Arsenio Hall, who asked her about it on 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC).

Cortese said she found her share of both men and women when she was in Italy. The woman was cute, and Cortese said she's a very open person by nature, and she just did what came naturally. "At that moment, that's what I wanted to try and do," she said. "So I went for it, and you all got to see it."

Hall wanted to know if Cortese's soul had been in the kiss. "I enjoyed it, I'm not going to lie," she said. She reiterated, she was just being herself. "And I make out with girls when I drink sometimes," she said, "and at that point, I was like, wow, she's cute, I'm having bad luck in the guy department over here, so whatever."
