Ashton Kutcher Won't Tell Letterman How Charlie Harper Dies (VIDEO)

Ashton Kutcher, 'Late Show with David Letterman'When David Letterman had Ashton Kutcher on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS), he had one thing on his mind: find out how Charlie Harper dies in the upcoming season of 'Two and a Half Men.' By now everyone knows that Charlie Sheen's character is being killed off and he's being replaced by Kutcher, but we don't know how he dies.

Do we really believe Kutcher that he has no idea how they're killing him off either? It is possible, considering his character might not even be around yet when it happens, or in the immediate aftermath. It is one of the closest-held secrets in television right now.

Still, Letterman was relentless, throwing outlandish scenarios Kutcher's way to see if he would flinch. Our favorite was, "He's cleaning the gutters, he falls off the roof, breaks his neck, he's dead." It's also completely plausible.

He could always die while having sex, as that's a staple of his character on the show and he's not getting any younger. Would they get serious and have it be a car accident, or do they keep it light and do something more like Letterman's suggestion? Or maybe it's as simple as a sudden death from an unknown medical problem like a blood clot or something.

We know you've been thinking about it all summer, so give us your best guesses as to how Charlie Harper will die in the comments!

I really hope that the producers are reading these comments and get the point that nobody is going to watc a k on this show and that charile sheen is the show. make up with him and keep your number one comdemy spot. if you dont your going to slide away into forgetsville. charlie sheen is charlie harper that is what makes it work. dont mess with perfection. you have a good thing going as soon as you kill him off and put a. k . in your done for. a. k. will always be a kelso period.

O.K. enough already...Kruncher is a dweeb ,can not act his way out of a wet paper bag and besides the minuet chump lorre "fired" ( didn't have the balls to do it in person) Charlie Sheen the show died ,.....get over it !.

Since everyone is expecting Charlie to die I think it would be an even bigger surprise if he doesn't. Perhaps he fakes his own death. They have a funeral only to find out later on that it wasn't Charlie that was buried/cremated. Maybe this whole fiasco was planned so Sheen could take a break. This would leave open all sorts of possibilities and keep us guessing about the future of the show. There could be a dream/shower scene like in Dallas where Rose finds Charlie in the shower! LOL! Anything is possible. I LOVE the show!

I think since his Character was about Booze and sex that with him getting up in age that he would take Viagra or some pill to keep him hard drinking on it and while having sex gets a blood clot catches a heart attack and dies!!! Once they Kill his character the show wwill not be worth watching. He Makes that show. Ashton could never play up to his level of Confidence with the ladies. He is not Cocky enough!!!!! They should not even try to re-due the show because it will be a flop!!! Everytime producers try to change the characters the shows fail!!!!! I say work out some kind of deal with Charlie sheen to keep him or like all good things that come to an end let the show go and come up with a different show with a new name.

seriously they should just end the show cause ashton kutcher is by far one of the worst actors and so they should just end it on how it was then to ruin it by pullin him on it. no one is going to watch it anyways.. im sure as hell not i think no one should watch it when it comes on so its rates are so low they have no choice but to cancel..
