CTV News - Thursday September 1, 11PM ET, CTV

Iconic Canadian anchorman Lloyd Robertson signs off after his final newscast tonight. After 60 ears on the air, the guy has definitely earned his retirement. True fans can tune in an hour earlier for a documentary called 'Lloyd Robertson - And That's the Kind of Life It's Been' which was directed by his daughter Lisa.

The Listener - Wednesday August 31, 8PM ET/PT, CTV

Season finale fever continues as summer fodder comes to a close. In this finale, Toby connects with a young woman who may be even more gifted than he, but is she using her powers for Eee-vil? She's seems to be connected to a rash of suicides. Meanwhile, we meet Michelle's estranged husband.

Killer Outbreaks - Friday September 2, 8PM ET/9 PM PT, Discovery Science

If it's good enough for Steven Soderberg, whose feature film 'Contagion' stars pretty much everyone in Hollywood, why shouldn't the science behind outbreaks get a 6-part special on this diginet? This series will take you into how outbreaks like MRSA and West Nile develop, and how scientists fight them. Just don't expect to ever leave the house without hand sanitizer again after watching.

The Good Wife - Sunday September 4, 9:30PM ET/PT, Global/CBS

If you've been impressed by the awards and critical praises for this show but didn't think you could catch up, tune into this special 30-minute recap episode that will whip throughout the major events of the first two seasons before the season 3 debut on September 25. 'Lost' used to do these recap episodes -- one assumes this will be considerably less bewildering for newbies.
