Judy Greer to Play Ashton Kutcher's Ex on 'Two and a Half Men'
It's a 'Miss Guided' reunion on 'Two and a Half Men' this season as it's been announced that star Judy Greer has signed on for a recurring role on the comedy.According to TV Guide, Greer will appear in several episodes playing Bridget, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Ashton Kutcher's character, Internet billionaire Walden Schmidt.
Greer previously guest-starred in Season 4 of 'Two and a Half Men' back in 2007. She played Herb's sister Myra, who memorably hooked up with Charlie Harper when Herb married Alan's ex-wife Judith.
She and Kutcher worked together on 2008's 'Miss Guided,' which was executive produced by his Katalyst Films production company, and he also guest-starred on an episode.
Greer was last seen in CBS's short-lived sitcom, 'Mad Love.' She took over the female lead from 'Party Down' star Lizzy Caplan, who had shot the pilot, but couldn't commit to the role beyond that. Although it boasted a good ensemble cast that included Sarah Chalke and Jason Biggs, 'Mad Love' never caught fire with audiences and was swiftly axed by the network back in May.
The '13 Going on 30,' 'Arrested Development' and 'Jawbreaker' alum also provides the voices of several characters on FX's raunchy animated comedy 'Archer,' and the voice of Wendy on Nickelodeon's 'Glenn Martin DDS.'
'Two and a Half Men' Season 9 premieres Monday Sept. 19, 9PM ET on CBS.
