Terrence "TK" King has a tough time shutting his mouth, and sometimes, it gets in the way of what he wants. That was the case on 'Necessary Roughness' (Wednesdays, 10PM on USA) when he met an attractive Sports Illustrated reporter named Vivica Stevens, who was writing a profile piece on the New York Hawks.

King first noticed Stevens at practice. "Looks like they upgraded the qualifications for being a waterboy," he said, approaching her as she was getting a drink on the sideline. "Now that is an ass."

"No, she said, turning around and pointing at King. "That is an ass."

Trying to recover, King said some women like to get compliments for their backsides. She wasn't buying it. "News is this year's Hawks finally coming together to give the Curse a run for its money," she said. "I am interested in the how, the why, and the who making that happen."

In other words, she was only interested in King as a story, which to King, meant she she must not like boys. "Oh, I like boys just fine," said Stevens. "I prefer men." That may be one of the most violent takedowns King will experience in his season.
