Christi and Abby See Each Other as the Problem on 'Dance Moms' (VIDEO)

'Dance Moms'There's nothing more stressful as a dance instructor than dealing with parents. Actually, expand that to any thing where you have any sort of power or teaching role over kids. As soon as the parents get involved, you get "stage moms." Abby loves teaching dance, but has zero patience for her 'Dance Moms' (Wed., 10PM ET on Lifetime).

The problem is, that you take your kids to these people because they are the best at what they do, and they can push your kids as they need to be pushed to succeed. But then you find you might not like how they're doing it, and suddenly you think you know a better way.

Patti confronted Abby about how Abby has been treating her daughter Chloë. She feels Abby is too hard on her. "All she does is fail. All you do is set her up to fail," Patti said.

"She's holding two national titles!" Abby responded incredulously.

But Patti didn't like that Abby told Chloë to be like another dancer. She thinks that Chloë should be allowed to be herself, but Abby doesn't see it that way. If Maddy is the better dancer, then why shouldn't Chloë try to be more like her?

The problem is that both of these women want what's best for Chloë, but neither of them are willing to admit any fault of their own in how she's being handled either in the dance studio or at home. Thankfully, Chloë wasn't there for this exchange. The poor kid's got to be stressed-out enough, based on what we heard.
