'Top Chef: Just Desserts''Top Chef: Just Desserts' (Wed., 10PM ET on Bravo) kicked off with a $25,000 prize on the line. The Quickfire Challenge was to come up with a small dessert that packed enough flavor to inspire a flavor for Extra Gum's Dessert Delights line.

!!SPOILER ALERT!!

The winning flavor was pancakes with strawberries, elevating Craig to the front of the pack. As an additional reward, he got to pick team captains for two teams heading into the next round. He chose himself and Amanda.

The presentation would be for Lisa Vanderpump of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' as explained by her husband and ... dog? Emphasis was to be on the dog, pink, flowers and taste. Delicious, flower-shaped, pink dog treats, duh! We would be awesome on this show.

The teams took it a little further, as they could each present six desserts to Lisa. The judges' panel was filled with a few more castmembers from 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' to keep tensions high.

Even though Amanda was the red team leader, she had Chris present their entry as he was far more charismatic. The judges kept referring to it as Chris' team, but since they were saying good things about what they were seeing, no one felt the need to correct them.

Their color presentation was absolutely stunning, and that alone pushed them into the lead. With a few minor presentation mishaps on the dishes themselves, like a melted top on Melissa's dish. Last picked again, she was a bundle of nerves through the challenge, but the positive remarks on the flavor picked up her spirits.

They also helped push Team Chris Amanda to victory. With Craig immune -- thankfully so or he might have been eliminated -- that put Matthew, Nelson, Orlando, Rebecca and Sally in danger. Thanks to a lollipop, Nelson was sent packing.

Next week, two more will join him as a Willy Wonka theme doubles the eliminations.
