One More Out, Which Three Remain on 'Big Brother'? (VIDEO)

by Jason Hughes, posted Sep 9th 2011 1:05AM
'Big Brother'On Wednesday's show, Kalia left the house, which left two veterans facing off against two newbies on 'Big Brother' (Thu., 9PM ET on CBS). Adam won the Head of Household competition, but it didn't really matter because the real power this week lay in the Veto competition.

When it came to decision time, Adam put up Porsche and Jordan, giving the reason that neither had yet to win the Power of Veto, so he was giving them the chance to take themselves off the block. Porsche promptly took him up on the offer, and suddenly the newbies found themselves again in power in this game.

So, what do they do when they're in power? Is it too late to call a wash on this whole season and start over? I don't know what's happening with these new players, but they never seem to make the smart moves when they have the power to do so.

Here was Porshe's opportunity to eliminate one of the newbies, as she had the only vote this week. Do you get rid of one of the toughest challenge competitors in the game (Rachel), or someone who's floated through two seasons now (Jordan)?

Obviously, you'd want the best chance of winning the next HOH competition, to ensure your own placement in the Final Two, so you take out your only real competition. Porsche versus Jordan and Adam in a competition? It's almost a done deal!

So what did she do? She evicted Jordan. Wh-wha-what?

The next HOH competition will take place over a few rounds. The winner of round one advances directly to the third round where they will face off against whichever of the other two won the second round. We'll have to wait for tomorrow for Round Two, but the winner of Round One -- which saw the contestants acting as the blades in a giant mixer -- was Rachel.

Rethinking that eviction now, Porsche?

Is it next summer, yet?

Jordan will go through life riding on others efforts. Back to being a receptionist.
BTW, Rachel won part 1 of HOH

(oops, I meant to spoiler tag that.)

I'm so glad Jordan is gone. She didn't deserve the first win she got, so I would seriously be pissed if she won yet again by being carried by much stronger (and smarter) players.
