by Jason Hughes, posted Sep 13th 2011 3:24AM
Miss Angola Leila Lopes, '2011 Miss Universe Pageant'Contestants from 89 nations around the globe came together for 'The 2011 Miss Universe Pageant' (Mon., 9PM ET on NBC), but there could be only one winner. Miss Angola, Leila Lopes, came as a bit of a surprise to the announcers throughout the competition.

When asked if she could change any physical characteristic, what she would change, Lopes responded, "Thank God, I am very well satisfied with the way that God created me and I wouldn't change a thing."

The answer struck just the right chord of humility, self-confidence and satisfaction with her natural beauty with the judges. Chosen from 89 contestants, Lopes was crowned Miss Universe 2011, receiving her crown from the outgoing Miss Universe, Mexico's Ximena Navarrete.

@ ronymdf and Nate you both are very ignorant, women from various races and back grounds wear hear pieces, why is Leila's particularly a hassle for both of you. Many other contestant wore hair pieces what is the big deal? It is obvious you both are ******* that Leila Lopes does not give a **** about, hair or no hair she is very pretty and runs circle around both of you.

Ron, I was going to argue with you as well, but there's a grain of truth to what you're saying. It can be argued as well that maybe in time her hair might grow to be that long but she just couldn't wait because of the pageant? Anyway, have you noticed that she kind of looks like Ciara in these pics? http://t.co/pVipW6v

Ok ronymdf, that's where she won to leave grown people like you with childish minds confused. Grow up!

Congratulations to Miss Angola. I am a bit puzzled by her answer to the question "If you have to change something...?".Her answer was "thank God, she is happy with everything..." Obviously, she is not because that was not her real hair.
