'Ringer' Ratings: OK, But Not Great

by Chris Harnick, posted Sep 14th 2011 12:45PM
Ringer'Ringer' premiered to an audience of 2.7 million viewers, pretty good -- but not great -- by CW standards. The show's first episode was watched by 1.2 million adults in the 18-49 demographic.

Sarah Michelle Gellar's
return to TV sees the 'Buffy' veteran pulling double-duty. She plays twin sisters, Bridget and Siobhan, both with ties to some unsavory figures.

It's too early to talk about cancellation, the show has yet to go up against ratings champs 'Dancing With the Stars' and 'NCIS: LA.' The CW's '90210' premiere was watched by 1.6 million viewers, 0.8 in the 18-49 demographic. It was down 11 percent compared to last year's premiere.

One episode and already flipping out the word cancellation? That happens I will boycott CW, which I already do since they have nothing but crap on that network already. Ringer @ Secret Circle would be the only reasons to turn on that channel.
