Ashton Kutcher takes his first bow on 'Two and a Half Men' when the show makes its season premiere on Monday. Kutcher's casting is one of the most high-profile sitcom replacements in TV history, as Kutcher takes over for Charlie Sheen after his public meltdown. Kutcher, though, is just enjoying himself, as he told 'The Early Show'(weekdays, 7AM on CBS) in an interview."It's always sort of nice to jump on something that's already moving and successful and that people already have an appetite for," he said. "It seemed like the best job in the world."
Kutcher will play Walden Schmidt, an Internet billionaire with a broken heart, and there is a real life parallel. 'Early' called Kutcher a "social media pioneer" and mentioned his investments in more than a dozen tech startups. They also cited Time Magazine naming Kutcher to their list of the 100 Most Influential people in the world. "Now I'm playing a tech geek on TV," he said. "So everyone will know."
