With the 'Teen Mom' season wrapped, MTV turned the tables a bit and invited some of the men who've been associated with them over the years to sit down and chat with Dr. Drew on a 'Teen Dads' (Sun., 9PM ET on MTV) special.

While things didn't work out between 'Teen Mom' star Maci Bookout and her son Bentley's dad Ryan Edwards, she's found a new boyfriend in childhood friend Kyle. The move prompted Ryan to step up and try to be a better father, but it's not been an easy road for him.

But he's happy that Maci has found someone, and said of Kyle, "He just seems like a good guy."

While Ryan said he'd be worried about any future relationships, should she and Kyle break up, he definitely doesn't seem ready to consider a reconciliation. "there would have to be another life-changing experience for me," he said before he'd consider dating Maci again.

In fact, it looks like Ryan is reluctant to date at all because he thinks a girlfriend will take on a mothering role in his life. "I don't need anybody telling me what I can and can't do right now," he said.
