Judith Just Can't Stay Mad at Walden on 'Two and a Half Men' (VIDEO)

'Two and a Half Men' - 'Big Girls Don't Throw Food'Looks like Walden isn't done stirring things up on 'Two and a Half Men' (Mon., 9PM ET on CBS). This week, he got his particular wiles into Jake. See, Walden dropped out of high school and was a millionaire by the time he was 19. His grades struggled because he was too smart.

Jake latched onto that, and decided that he too would drop out of high school and become an entrepreneur. But neither Alan nor Judith were on board with this plan at all, and Judith showed up to give Walden a piece of her mind about it.

But when he started moping again about his ex, she instead gave him a piece of her lips and some heavy petting. Unfortunately, Jake got this on film, and is now planning to use it as leverage to be allowed to drop out.

Considering he's never been much of a student, or really anything, maybe it would be an interesting direction to take his character. Many kids don't excel at school, and simply move into working life, and Jake would be a perfect representation of that.

With Jake more involved in the story this week, we finally got a feel for what the new 'Two and a Half Men' is going to be like, and it was actually better than we anticipated. It's still very different in some ways from the Sheen era, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Ashton Kutcher is settling in nicely, and the comedic chemistry between him and Jon Cryer is rock solid. In fact, he's meshing very well already with the rest of the cast. Those of you who have stuck around, what do you think? Does this new 'Men' have legs?

They tried to have Walden step into Charlies life. Same women (Courtney) come on! The writers had a winner and now they think the public is stupid enough to accept it being the "same" story basically but with a different version of good ol' Charlie.
He's rich and all the women want him. If they would of just had it completely different it may of had a chance but the script isn't even funny now, did they change writers too? I didn't watch it Monday because I don't want to promote it but I did flip to it a few times during commericals from what I now plan to watch in Two's time slot.
I supose Rose will stalk him too. Pathetic, I bet Charlie is loving this,. He was proving right, he is irreplaceable on Two and 1/2 men.

I was really looking forward to the new show but what a let down! Ashton's role is just plain dumb. He looks awful and acts stupid and his young face makes Alan look to old to be funny. If you want this show to last you better get Charlie back. Maybe he can come back in someone's dreams. This show was viewed many 40 and ups now it looks like you are trying to get the teen to 20's group but guess what they are not the age group at home watching TV and it isn't smutty enough to compete with the shows they watch.

The show is not funny anymore. Typical, over the top characters like most new comedy pilots that come our way these days, with moronic scripts. Made me appreciate Charlie Sheen's natural talent. I'm moving on to other TV shows.

Still tryin' to figure out WHAT they were thinkin' with this lame premise. 2.5 used to b gut-busting funny. This week was worse than last!......almost boring!

Charlie is not coming back. Ashton acts like what he really is, an overgrown baby. As for entertaining us pions out here, they all cut off their nose to spite their face. The show is just a silly (not believable in any way) sitcom now and I predict will fail.

I think that Michael Kelso is playing Walden maybe it was written that way but I wish they had let Kutcher venture farther away from his that 70's show charcter. Letting Jake drop out may be OK since it's not a show that alot of kids watch but he needs to take his GED or something eventually and not just stay a high school drop out unless Walden teams with him and he becomes rich and Walden richer that would really piss Alan off.
