Hope Solo Talks 'DWTS' Elimination Scare and Her Nude ESPN 'Body Issue' Shoot (VIDEO)

U.S. Women's World Cup soccer goalie Hope Solo nearly got eliminated from 'Dancing With the Stars' last night after she was put in the bottom two with Kristin Cavallari. Solo ended up surviving, and went on 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, syndicated on NBC) to talk about the 'Dancing' experience and her upcoming nude photo spread in ESPN the Magazine's 'Body Issue.'

As for last night's 'Dancing,' Solo said she was shocked to be among the bottom two. "I was so nervous. Kristin and I ... it was unexpected. I was sad to see her go, you never know, they want to create drama on the show," she said. Solo added that she's been "getting battered" for having a muscular, athletic body that's not the norm for Hollywood women.

Which is why she's especially glad ESPN's 'Body Issue' is coming out at the same time she's on 'DWTS.' Solo is proud to be a part of the issue, which "celebrates athletes' bodies," and Billy Bush and Kit Hoover seemed proud of her for doing nude sit-ups.

I have given up on DWTS. There is no reason that Kristen should have been eliminated and Chaz Bono should still be there. This show has NOTHING to do with dancing . Shame on you people who voted for Chaz. No talent, just hype.

Hope Solo is from here in the Tri Cities of southeastern Washington state, and we're all very proud of her!

She is an absolutely stunningly beautiful young woman.

I do believe the show must be rigged to have Bono still on. She (He) should have been the second to go--the first couple to go was right but last night ----no way. Marion.

Nipsy Grace and Chasity Bono, who have the dance skills equivalent of corn husks, are still on the show, but this girl, an ATHELETE, who CAN actually dance gets voted off....this leads me to conclude that : A) DWTS is very, verrry RIGGED...B) or that most of the IDIOTS that do the VOTING on this show are complete and UTTER RETARDS......
Keep pushing your little agenda's there folks, ABC is hemorrhaging viewers.
