After a premiere that saw us hanging out in prison to see how Dr. House is getting along there, 'House' (Mon., 9PM ET on FOX) brought us back to familiar environs this week. In an almost logical move, Foreman was tapped to replace Cuddy at the top of the food chain, which should make for some interesting tugs of war between the two as the season progresses.

He hooked House up with a new and smaller office, perhaps as a statement that things aren't going to be the way they were. Except that ultimately they will be. House got his office back, but not his team. Instead we get a new doctor, in Charlyne Yi's Dr. Park.

Oh, and Wilson can't stay mad at House. Sure, House lost his marbles and went to jail for a year. In that time, Wilson apparently realized he didn't really like the guy, but one punch later and it's like we've shaved off about four seasons in their relationship. That must have been some punch!
