Dolvett Gets Through to Courtney, Pushes Her Hard on 'Biggest Loser' (VIDEO)

'The Biggest Loser' - 'Week Four'This week was about inspiration on 'The Biggest Loser' (Tue., 8PM ET on NBC), and who better to inspire than past contestants. Season 11's Hannah showed up to cook and work out with Bob's team, Season 10's Adam climbed a mountain with the Red Team and their new leader Ramon, and Season 11's Marci was brought in to inspire Anna's Blue Team.

But it was all about achieving emotional milestones for two contestants. Joe broke down in guilt over how he used to sneak food and binge eat while on the road, while Dolvett took the time to dig into Courtney's psyche to see why she hates herself so much.

He tapped into her through the medium of basketball, and his metaphor about sidestepping and getting around blockers in the game as well as in life seemed to strike a chord with her. Unfortunately, it didn't do much for her on the scale. In fact, Joe's emotional breakthrough didn't help much.

Bonnie's breakthrough was a physical one, in that she learned she's much more capable than she realized. I still don't know why the producers let four people compete on the Red and Black Teams against the three people on the Blue Team. It's like they want them to lose.

The Black Team, of course, won again and got letters from home, as well as video chats with their loved ones. Everyone else got letters, too, but we didn't get to see them read them because we had to spend all that time looking at the iPad2 from as many different angles as we could while the Black Team chatted on them.

At the weigh-in, it was finally that off week that we've known was coming since the beginning. Ramon stepped up and carried his team out of harm's way with an 11-lb loss, while Bonnie lead her team -- but they lost anyway.

As the biggest loser on the Blue Team this week, she also got the only vote, and went with the person she thought would succeed the most at home. She sent Mike packing, which could spell trouble for the women next week. Could the Blue Team be eliminated completely within the next couple of weeks?

As for Mike, Bonnie was right about him and he's absolutely killing it at home!

The blue team will be gone in two weeks for sure. Dumb choice for elimination.

A lot of mistakes Jason! Olivia not Hannah won last season. Also Ramon lost 11 not 10 Ibs.
