George Lucas, '2011 Scream Awards'It's always a lot of fun when genre fans get together for the annual 'Scream Awards' (Tue., 9PM ET on Spike TV), and this year was no exception. But fans were in for a special treat, as a surprise guest showed up to continue messing with his creation.

Darth Vader took home the prize for Ultimate Villain, though he admitted his work hasn't been up to his usual high standards of evil lately. "It can be difficult to focus on your work as a Sith Lord when you're constantly living in fear of how George Lucas is going to digitally enhance you for the next DVD," he explained.

George Lucas then surprised both Vader and the audience by coming out to present the award to his creation, though he continued to give him a hard time, holding the award out of Vader's limited line of sight.

The night was filled with big wins for the Harry Potter franchise, while Pee-Wee Herman received the Visionary Award, and accepted by riding on stage on his classic red bicycle. Nicolas Cage won the Maverick Award while Robert Downey, Jr. was honored with the Hero Award.
