With 'How to Be a Gentleman' tanking so badly CBS yanked it from Saturdays as well, 'Rules of Engagement' (Thu., 8:30PM ET on CBS) was upgraded to the sweet post-'Big Bang' slot on Thursday nights. And just in time for the premiere. We'll see if it fares any better.

For their Season 6 premiere, we were surprised with the announcement of another engagement. Actually, it looks like Russell skipped that step altogether and married crazy cat-neighbor Liz from upstairs, who was on that cruise with him.

Looking for a way out of it, Russell finds out that since they haven't consummated the marriage since the ceremony, it can be annulled. Except that Russell is weak, and when he confronts Liz on this, all she apparently has to do is take off her clothes. Twice this works, and at least for now, Russell has joined the old ball-and-chain gang.
