MTV Releases New Clip of 'True Life: I'm Occupying Wall Street'

by Crystal Bell, posted Oct 25th 2011 5:30PM
Earlier this week, MTV announced that the newest episode in its 'True Life' series would focus on the young Millennials participating in the Occupy Wall Street movement. Now the network has released the first video promo for 'True Life: I'm Occupying Wall Street.'

The five minute clip follows Bryan, a member of the Occupy Wall Street sanitation team, and fellow Occupiers worrying about eviction from their Zuccotti Park tent city. They're shown cleaning the park in advance of the planned city sweep of the property, which was canceled in light of push-back and self-sanitation efforts. The young organizers also receive some surprising help from their lower Manhattan neighbors.

The hour-long 'True Life' episode will also follow two young college students, Kait and Caitlin, as they try to recruit their friends and family to join the movement.

Watch the episode preview below. "True Life: I'm Occupying Wall Street" will air Saturday, Nov. 5, 6PM ET on MTV.
