Yes. I'm hooked, but when does season 2 begin? In the spring?? Hurry up, already. It's been a long hiatus--too long. Hope the terrific writing continues to blow the competition out of the water.

The show started well, but, as is so often the case, it undermined itself with the season finale. Became ridiculous. And I can't deal with anymore hysterics from Claire Dane.

@Ankhorite, agree with every word

@Nancy Martin, have you ever watched House, hugh laurie - british, have you also watched The Walking Dead, Andrew Lincoln aka Rick Grimes, is British, along with Homeland, looks like you gringos are lookin at us Brits for quality, not to mention anything with Damian Lewis is blindingly great (anyone remember his show "Life", a few years back!!!)

The writing, acting, and directing of the cabin confrontation scene in Season 1, Episode 7, is the best I have ever seen. Damian Lewis is the equal of Meryl Streep.

Holy cow, this show ought walk off with every award Hollywood has to offer. Just amazing.

And what's up with the weird anti-Brit bigotry in the first comment here by Nancy Martin? Good grief, lady, Lewis' portrayal of Brody is a privilege to watch.

Love, love, love this show. The only thing I don't like is the actor playing the main character, Brody. Then when I heard him speak, off the show, I realized he's British. Didn't we have enough American actors to fill this role. I can just see the BBc putting on a series about a British POW returning home and casting the series with an American actor. I just don't get it.

you really need to do yourself a favor and check out some of damian lewis's other works. he's an amazing actor. band of brothers is required watching for anyone that is a fan of excellence in film. i understand your confusion, on the surface, of casting a brit to play an american...but, i really think that damian lewis's acting puts him in a category that is all his own.

criticize the substance or portrayal if you must, but let's move beyond looking at lines on a map in order to discern a person's worth. damian lewis is the right person for this job.
