Ozzy Makes One of the Biggest Moves in 'Survivor' History (VIDEO)

'Survivor: South Pacific' - 'Trojan Horse''Survivor' (Wed., 8PM ET on CBS) is often won or lost by players making big moves, but perhaps no one has ever made a bigger move than Ozzy did this week. Will it pay off?

!!SPOILER ALERT!!

Unity seemed to be the theme of the night. More than on most seasons, these two tribes seem to have a bitter rivalry with one another, and have become very tightly knit. With them also being two of the most evenly matched tribes of all time, post-merge life could be very interesting.

Whichever side comes in with the numbers advantage is likely to simply sweep their way through the other side. But Redemption Island could play a key role in that, depending on who is coming back into the game, and when.

In perhaps her closest duel yet, Christine eked out another win; this time over fellow tribemate Mikayla. Ozzy watched the duel with Cochran, and then a hare-brained idea came into his head. If their tribe loses the next challenge, they'll be going a man down to Savaii. So what if they send a strong player, like him, to Redemption Island to knock out Christine and then rejoin the game and the tribe?

It was perhaps one of the craziest ideas yet, but if it all went to plan, Ozzy could look like a mad genius in the lore of the game. Unfortunately, the first part of the plan went off despite their best efforts, and Savaii won Immunity. However, this was in large part due to Cochran screwing up at the challenge.

So the tribe entertained the notion of sending Cochran -- the one person in this game who is not fully a part of either tribe -- for his own personal redemption. But after sleeping on it, Ozzy was committed to his original plan, and his tribe followed through. They even concocted a lie as to why he was there for Christine, telling her Cochran played the Hidden Immunity Idol.

This could work to their advantage even should Ozzy lose, as Christine will come back to the game and side with Savaii, telling them that the Upolu Idol has been played already. That first vote could then see Savaii getting blindsided, so it's a solid strategy either way it plays out.

However, this is assuming a merge is coming next week, but we've no certainty that is the case. If it doesn't, then Ozzy will have to face multiple duels to get back into the game and reclaim his Idol, while Upolu will have to try and win without him. Risky move!

Has anyone been watching this season. Christine hates her old tribe. She's dissed them every redemption challenge and even gave the finger to them. Jeff even quizzed her before a challenge about her dislike of her tribe. She won't side with them She will do everything she can to get back at Coach. If Ozzy wins and they merge they're 6-6. If they had sent Cochran, who I love, he would likely lose to Christine and if they merge Ozzy would gain a stronger player in Christine for the rest of the game. If there is no merge Ozzy may have doomed his tribe.

Ozzy blew another chance to add to Survivor lore when he voted for Cochran at elimination. If he had voted for himself he would be the only contestant in Survivor history who gathered ALL the votes to be voted off. Besides that, I think he is definitely playing big and playing to win. Only problem is, it is a huge gamble since there is virtually no assurance that he will beat Christine at Redemption Island. Either way, it is a huge gamble.

Kathy, Cochran won't be eliminated next week if your scenario happens because he has Ozzy's idol and you can bet he won't hesitate to use it - especially if he has to go up against Ozzy. If Christine wins and Ozzy is gone, he still has the idol so that definitely will give him some time before he has to go.

People on Survivor cannot vote for themselves.

I am hoping Ozzy wins against Christine, and the merge does not take place. The next obvious outcast will be Cochran. When they face off at Redemption Island, I will be rooting for Cochran. I admire good game play, and Ozzy was plain stupid. The duals do not require strength, but brains patience and luck.

~ but Cochran has the immunity idol thanks to Ozzy so trust me, if he senses he is next to be voted out and of course he would know he's next, he will use it on himself - he won't be the next to go someone else will go before him
