Dennis Faces the Darts Firing Squad on 'It's Always Sunny' (VIDEO)

'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' - 'Chardee MacDennis: The Game of Games'This was a bit of an odd installment for 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' (Thu., 10PM ET on FX) as there was genuinely nothing happening. Usually they get up to some kind of crazy shenanigans, but this week all they did was play a board game.

Nevertheless, it was probably one of the most entertaining installments yet, as 'Chardee MacDennis: The Game of Games' is easily one of the most insane and entertaining games yet. It incorporates the best aspects of drinking games and board games into a crazy mish-mash of experiences.

At one point we had Frank in a dog kennel eating the ingredients of a cake, while at another Dennis was tasked with not flinching as he held his hand against a dart board while the opposing team threw darts at it. The wild card was that Frank is new to the game, and to Mac and Charlie's team, and he was able to make contact.

Still, as the blood began to flow, Dennis did not flinch. Cheating is allowed, so long as you're not caught. And while you found yourself wanting to believe that Dee and Dennis have somehow swindled Mac and Charlie out of winning the game in the past, it would appear they are truly just that terrible at it.

That said, we can't imagine it will be too long before some version of Chardee MacDennis is available for purchase. Talk about a way to liven up a party!

Last night’s show was so good. Chardee MacDennis is indeed the Game of Games. But what’s this I’ve been seeing on Twitter from the Sunny gang? Something about DirecTV customers maybe losing FX? I can just say I’m glad to be a DISH customer/employee so I don’t have to worry about losing my favorite show in the middle of it’s strongest season yet. Can’t wait for next week.
