Jay Leno was fascinated with Chelsea Handler's love life on 'The Tonight Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC). First, he wanted to talk about her ex-boyfriend who's currently Leno's boss.

"He's your boss, too," Handler said. "Yeah, so you're going to have to start sleeping with him."

Leno called it on Handler being attracted to older men, though she tried to deny it at first. But she says "everything is possible," citing her phase where she dated mostly black men.

The audience wasn't sure where she was going with it when she agreed with Leno's assessment that she came back after that; more specifically that she "came running back."

But Handler was simply commenting on another myth. "I was like ... What's that?" she said. "I don't think so. That's like a Cuban Missile Crisis."
