'How I Met Your Mother' (8PM ET, CBS)

Ted finally meets his mystery girl in the Slutty Pumpkin costume. Meanwhile, Barney learns he is part Canadian, and Lily has pregnancy brain. Katie Holmes guest-stars as Naomi, the Slutty Pumpkin -- what more can we say?

'2 Broke Girls' (8.30PM ET, CBS)
Caroline enrolls herself and Max in a cake-decorating class to increase their skill level and take their cupcake business to the next level.

'Bored To Death' (9PM ET, HBO)
George encourages Jonathan to give Emily a night out with a younger man, but they end up entangled in a stakeout with a wannabe detective (guest star Brett Gelman) impersonating Jonathan. Elsewhere, George goes out with Bernard, but is surprised to find out that Richard Antrem (guest star Oliver Platt) is a rival restaurateur.

'Rock Center with Brian Williams' (10PM ET, NBC) series premiere
The debut episode of Brian Williams' newsmagazine: Kate Snow investigates a new industry: women paying big bucks to come from China to America in order to give birth and go home with US citizenship. Richard Engel makes a dangerous trip into Syria to report on the anti-government activists who refuse to give up or give in. Harry Smith takes us to the one place in America with a negative unemployment rate; if you have a pulse, you have a job.



TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1

'Glee' (8PM ET, Fox)

A new foreign exchange student, Rory Flanagan ('The Glee Project' winner Damian McGinty in his first guest appearance), enrolls at McKinley and crashes with Brittany S. Pierce who thinks he's a leprechaun. Meanwhile, Mercedes (Amber Riley) attempts to recruit new members to join Shelby Corcoran's (guest star Idina Menzel) newly formed Glee club and Sue's congressional campaign heats up.

'Ringer' (9PM ET, The CW)
Still posing as Siobhan, Bridget is forced to reveal she has a twin to Andrew and Henry when Agent Machado starts closing in. Henry becomes a suspect in the whereabouts of his wife, Gemma and Juliet starts partying to dangerous extremes. Meanwhile, Malcolm escapes and is on the run from his kidnappers.

'Covert Affairs' (10PM ET, USA) fall premiere
After failing a mission in Venice, Annie is quickly provided with a new assignment when she meets a chef with ties to the Basque separatist movement.



WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 2

'Up All Night' (8PM ET, NBC)
Reagan wants to set an example for her daughter by trying to get along with her own parents (guest stars Blythe Danner and Richard Schiff). The untimely death of a crew member inspires Ava to reexamine her relationship with the staff. Meanwhile, Chris vows to make some lifestyle changes when he starts to fear that his life may be cut short too.

'Suburgatory' (8.30PM ET, ABC)
Irritated by all the cafeteria waste at school, Tessa motivates the student body to get involved with giving back. Unfortunately their charity of choice involves helping residents of Florida improve their complexions. When Tessa introduces a homeless transsexual to the student body as part of a lesson, they decide that Tessa is really the person in need. Meanwhile George receives a large dental bill from Noah, which puts a strain on their relationship.

'Modern Family' (9PM ET, ABC)
Hanging out with Shorty (Chazz Palminteri) and his girlfriend, Darlene (Jennifer Tilly), makes Gloria envious of how much those two do as a couple, so she gives Jay an ultimatum to step it up for a night of salsa dancing or else. Meanwhile, Cameron take a bet a little too far when Mitchell and Crispin challenge him to get a hot girl's (Leslie Mann) number at the bar, and Phil builds a tree house for Luke, but ends up being the one to make a new friend (Kevin Hart).

'Top Chef' (10PM ET, Bravo) season premiere
For the first-time ever, season nine will boast a record 29 chefs -- almost double the amount of chefs in seasons past -- who will see if they have what it takes to become an official chef'testant and qualify to wear the Top Chef coat. Only 16 will go on to compete across the Lone Star State in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.



THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3

'Community' (8PM ET, NBC)
When Pierce learns that he and his Hawthorne wipes have become extremely popular, he decides to throw a big party until his overbearing father, Cornelius Hawthorne shows up and puts the kibosh on the plans. Meanwhile, Troy finds himself being courted by Vice Dean Laybourne (John Goodman) and his secretive Air Conditioning Repair Annex, as well as Greendale's resident janitor, Jerry (Jerry Minor).

'Parks and Recreation' (8.30PM ET, NBC)
A local Pawnee group predicts that the end of the world is coming, causing Leslie (Amy Poehler) and others to contemplate their lives. Tom decides to throw the best party ever before he loses his office space, while April helps Andy complete his "bucket list" before the world ends.

Booth and Brennan'Bones' (9PM ET, Fox) season premiere
When the Jeffersonian team identifies the remains of a woman found in a paintball field, they discover two missing-persons reports in her file. Booth and Sweets interrogate the victim's husband and learn that she suffered from amnesia. When squint Wendell Bray learns that the victim also survived a bullet wound, inconsistencies in her medical records uncover a surprising crime linked to her murder. Meanwhile, Brennan and Booth adjust to their new life as an expectant couple and deal with the forthcoming changes in their home life.

'Burn Notice' (10PM ET, USA) fall premiere
Michael and Fiona plan to abduct a hacker in Puerto Rico to obtain his software, but the man has several other enemies to contend with too. Elsewhere, Madeline learns to retrieve information from the police under the tutelage of Sam and Jesse.



FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4

'Nikita' (8PM ET, The CW)

While in prison, Ryan (guest star Noah Bean) discovers patterns that reveal how Oversight gets its funding. Ryan arranges a meeting with Nikita to fill her in, but Amanda intercepts their coded messages to each other and alerts Oversight, who sends in one of their own to interrogate Ryan. Nikita and Michael scramble to break Noah out of prison before Oversight gets to him. Meanwhile, Alex is being tailed by Gogol, and comes face to face with someone from her past.

'Chuck' (8PM ET, NBC)
As the team takes on a missing persons case, Chuck and company struggle to establish themselves as Carmichael Industries in the face of a rival security firm led by the tough and efficient Gertrude Verbanski (guest star Carrie-Anne Moss). Meanwhile, Morgan continues to adjust to the Intersect while Chuck adjusts to being his handler. Also, the Buy More finds an unlikely spokesperson to help drum up business.

'Fringe' (9PM ET, Fox)
After two weeks of preemptions, 'Fringe' fans must be desperate to see Peter's first full episode back from non-existence: his shocking return, combined with the escalating threat of the translucent shapeshifters, makes for an intense set of circumstances for the Fringe team. As the threat worsens, former Massive Dynamic scientist, Malcolm Truss (guest star Arye Gross), enters the fold, while Nina Sharp pays Walter a visit in the lab.

'Blue Bloods' (10PM ET, CBS)
Jackie goes undercover as an escort when she and Danny track down a serial killer who is murdering prostitutes in hotel rooms. Meanwhile, Erin meets a potential suitor at an art gallery, who shares her interests.



SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5

'Would You Rather? With Graham Norton' (11PM ET, BBC America)
series premiere
Based on popular British panel-style shows, each week celebrities and comedians are asked to contemplate and discuss ridiculous predicaments and moral quandaries by British host and comedian Graham Norton. Would you rather permanently lose your thumbs or a cousin? Would you rather land a plane on ecstasy or diffuse a bomb with a hangover? Expect these kinds of philosophical questions and many more ...

'Saturday Night Live' (11.30PM ET, NBC)
'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and 'Horrible Bosses' star Charlie Day hosts, with Maroon 5 as musical guests.



SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6

'Once Upon a Time' (8PM ET, ABC)
Prince Charming and Snow White
At Henry's urging, Emma convinces Mary Margaret to pay a visit to a comatose John Doe in the hospital and to read to him from the storybook. But Mary Margaret is stunned at the outcome of her visit. Meanwhile, back in the fairytale world, Prince Charming meets Snow White for the first time in a most unexpected way.

'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' (9PM ET, Bravo) season premiere
In a season about taking chances, the hottest Housewives in the South are embarking on new ventures and returning to their roots. Kandi, Phaedra and Cynthia are exploring their entrepreneurial prowess. On the relationship front, NeNe and Kim remain estranged, but their personal love lives have changed drastically. Kim is madly in love, pregnant and building a home with Kroy, while NeNe's now-official separation with Greg teeters on the brink of divorce.

'Hell On Wheels' (10PM ET, AMC) series premiere
'Hell On Wheels' transports audiences back to post Civil War America and examines the struggles and hardships of rebuilding and repairing our country after the bloodiest war on American soil. The series explores the railroad's institutionalized greed and corruption, the immigrant experience, the plight of the newly emancipated African-Americans during Reconstruction, and the ravaging of the Native American land and people, in the name of progress. The main story concerns Confederate soldier Cullen Bohannon (Anson Mount) and his quest for revenge over the wartime death of his wife.

are we the only ones who seemed to of missed a whole season of " Bones"????? when did Hodge and Angela have their baby?? Booth& Bones living together, sleeping together, in love??? and almost ready to give birth!!!!!!, what happened??? did we miss it??

Hi, Laura.

Well, kind of late to point this out, but I just now read your entry for Friday's Blue Bloods episode, and you have the synopsis for NEXT WEEK's episode up, as Blue Bloods was preempted last week, apparently due to the baseball world series mishegas.
