It looks like Jimmy is ready to make his move on 'Boardwalk Empire' (Sun., 9PM ET on HBO). Nucky is distracted and Jimmy is motivated. So when he finds out the shipment they stopped by Waxy's boys, Lucky and Lansky, is part of Nucky's trade, he manages to resist the urge to get into a bloody shootout.

As he tells his own cohorts, sometimes you have to bite your lip and not kill everyone who's done you wrong. Sometimes it's better for business to let them keep living and try to make a deal to take the liquor trade away from both Nucky and Arnold Rothstein.

So completely against his initial thoughts, Jimmy decides to let this shipment go through. After all, he'd found something potentially far more valuable than liquor. He'd found potential allies in his campaign to take down Nucky Thompson.
