Emotions Run High When Anna Meets the New Blue Team on 'Biggest Loser' (VIDEO)

Anna Kournikova, 'The Biggest Loser'One thing you learn quickly on 'The Biggest Loser' (Tue., 8PM ET on NBC) is that everything can change in an instant. Since the beginning, the contestants have been divided by age into three teams, training with the same trainer. And since the beginning, Bob Harper and the Black Team have dominated.

!!SPOILER ALERT!!

This week, all of that was poised to change when Alison orchestrated a mix-up of the contestants that would force most of them into groups with new trainers. Poor Anna, who's struggled this season with the oldest team, had the most reluctant new team, made up of former Black Team members Sunny and Joe, along with former Red Team member Ramon.

In her first chat with them, she struggled to communicate that they shouldn't be so dependent on their trainer; that they had done all the work so far. But the team didn't come together until they decided to give her a chance in the gym, and she proved she was for real with a brutal workout. Not only that, but the team came through on the scale and for the first time, a team that wasn't Black won the weigh-in -- though one must acknowledge that 2/3 of Anna's team is former Black Team members.

The change appears to have been good for everyone, as the numbers on the scale were not only an improvement over last week's uniform disappointment, but they were the biggest numbers many of them had seen since the first week.

Bonnie was particularly excited to be working with someone other than Anna, and appears to be thriving under Dolvett on the Red Team. And because others saw her finally blossoming on the Ranch, she was spared elimination when the Red Team lost the weigh-in.

It was a blow for Ramon, though, because the only other person eligible to be voted out was his sweetheart Jessica, and both of his teammates chose to send her home. Will this put a fracture in the Blue Team just when they've come together?

ANNA KOURNIKOVA has no idea what shes doing. Shes so far out of the stream of being emotional to these contestants in every way. Being tough is one thing, but sometimes emotions run high and you have to understand it, ANNA is a cry baby herself. Nobody likes her and she just has to LEAVE the show! NBC listen to all the comments please!!

Great Job Anna. Bonnie acts like a spoiled brat! Her new trainer pushed her harder than you did and she took it because he was a man. I am 63, insulin dependent, with other health problems, but I push myself each day to work out and stay healthy. So many people would love to be at the ranch to work hard. She should be happy to be there and try to take something from each trainer to benefit herself. Instead, she acts like a big spoiled child who doesn't understand what it takes to improve. As a retired PE teacher, I have encountered many "Bonnies" of all ages. Suck it up lady. Your last challenge was not fair. You only went once down the hill? How fair was that! You give all seniors a bad name.
