Hello, Seaside! 'Jersey Shore' Season 5 Premiere Date Revealed

Looks like MTV is giving its audience the best holiday present ever! The network, known for its reality drama, finally set a release date for the much-anticipated Season 5 of 'Jersey Shore.'

The 'Jersey Shore' gang is back on their home turf, starting Jan. 5 in its usual Thursdays at 10PM ET time slot.

After spending some time with the David in Florence, Italy, Snooki and Co. are back where they belong in Seaside Heights, NJ., where they can hit the beach, hook up with some gorilla juice-heads and finally go tanning. You did notice how pale they were in Italy, right?

These kids are going to go crazy.

There's also plenty of drama ahead, including more fallout between Snooki and The Situation, Vinny possibly leaving the show for good and Pauly D having a major tanning accident. After going six weeks without tanning, Pauly D goes a little tan-crazy. Seriously, he's making Snooki look like an Olsen twin. Now that's what you call Pauly D problems.
