Fallon Reworks Justin Bieber Hit to 'It's Not My Baby, Baby, Baby' (VIDEO)

'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'Jimmy Fallon was rocking some sweet Justin Bieber hair when he took to the stage on 'Late Night' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC) to perform the teen pop star's signature hit. Only, Fallon had retooled some of the lyrics in light of the recent scandal.

20-year-old Mariah Yeater has filed a lawsuit against Bieber claiming that when she was 19 and he was 16, the two hooked up backstage after a concert, and he's the father of her 3 month old baby. Bieber is denying it, but Yeater says she has "credible evidence" -- but in this modern era does it even matter?

Oftentimes, the simple accusation is enough to ruin a career, which is why Bieber should be thankful Fallon was singing 'It's not my baby, baby, baby, no!' At least now he's guaranteed at least one version of the story that says he's innocent, and it's pretty catchy, too!

It doesn't matter what the law is. The rich and/or famous do not follow/are not under, the same laws as regular Americans. Checkout a prisons rolls and you will witness first hand. Anyway, the main concern is the child. If it's his and he does not admit to it before the judgement, not only will he lose a few thousand on endorsements but, he will lose about 13K a month for Child Support. The courts care but for the child. All others, need good representation to win anything at all. All men have two heads, and those who think with one below the chin, always go to bed, without a Grin! Maybe he was just thinking a'head and planning on producing a couple backup singers.

The age of consent in the US is between 16-18 depending on the state. How do people NOT know that? So I wonder where this happened? If she is not being brought up on charges..

Oh my Gosh, this girl is not even ashamed of bringing this up. May be she want child support so that she will stop looking for job in this economy. ADULT (19) + MINOR(16) = ILLEGAL. What was she thinking after this, they should arrest her for doing that with a MINOR.

ok so whats a lawsuit for? She was 19, he was 16 isn't that illegal anyways where SHE could and should go to jail for having sex with a minor?????? So obviously if he does happen to be a father, it should be him filing any charges or atleast his mother should file charges for sex with a minor and there isn't any state out there that wouldn't allow it especially if the baby is his, that would be proof she did an illegal act

IF it is true .. and this is his child .. she will possibly get a slap on the wrist for having sex with a minor, AND millions in child support. Doesn't sound TOO dumb. Probation - vs - a real fat checking account.
