Dwight Reveals His Accountability Booster/Doomsday Device on 'The Office' (VIDEO)

'The Office' - 'Doomsday'If you were looking for a notable difference between Andy Bernard's managerial style as compared to Michael Scott on 'The Office' (Thu., 9PM ET on NBC), how about the fact that he let Dwight implement his accountability booster/doomsday device? Michael would have shut it down immediately, because he wanted to be loved by everyone in the office.

Andy seems more afraid of Robert California than he is concerned about his reputation. Plus, he may have actually believed that this wasn't just a horrible plot that was going to get them all fired should they make five mistakes in a single day.

Dwight was way over the top in devising a system that would not only report their failure to Robert, but also forward any disparaging emails they wrote about him. In the end, though, Dwight shut down the failsafe, despite the fact that Oscar's arrogance -- Mr. I-Don't-Need-A-Calculator -- pushed them to their limit on the first day of implementation.
