Mike Judge Performs a Scene from 'Beavis and Butt-Head' for Letterman (VIDEO)

David Letterman admitted to mourning the absence of 'Beavis and Butt-head' when the show went off the air from 1997 until last week. On 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS), he admitted to creator Mike Judge that he thought it would be cool to spend the day with the animated delinquents.Judge, who also does most of the voices on the show, couldn't make that reality come true, but he could re-enact a scene from this week's episode, which aired only an hour and a half before 'Late Show.'
For fans who'd seen the same scene play out on 'Beavis and Butt-head,' it was kind of surreal watching Judge slip from one character to the next in a conversation between the titular pair and their neighbor Tom Anderson, who was the early prototype for Hank Hill of 'King of the Hill,' though younger fans might think it the other way around.
