What's more embarrassing than getting pulled over by the police? Getting it caught on camera.Adding yet another reality show to its guilty pleasure television lineup, TLC has ordered a new drunk-driving reality series, called 'D.U.I.'
The series will go behind the scenes of drunk-driving law enforcement in Oklahoma. So think of it as another variation of 'COPS," but this show plans on following the drunk-driving suspects from the field sobriety tests to being interrogated by law enforcement and, if necessary, to their arrest and sentencing.
Each case will capture the full story, including the harsh realities the drivers must face and their families' reactions.
The network has picked up 12 episodes, with six debuting next month, and the rest planned for 2012. The first six episodes were shot in Pontotoc, Cleveland, Sequoyah, Tulsa and Oklahoma counties.
'D.U.I' is set to premiere on Dec. 1 at 9PM ET on TLC. Watch a sneak peek below.
