Jennifer Tilly has made quite a name for herself in the world of professional poker, but it's a name she may soon be leaving behind, according to her stop by 'The Late Late Show' (Weeknights, 12:37AM ET on CBS). She explained with a very drawn out example one of the reasons why poker may be more stress than its worth.More specifically, though, Tilly said, "When I was an actress, I would go on the set, I'd say one line, I'd collect my bill for $30,000 and I would go home. When I'm playing poker ... I put my $30,000 on the table, I play for 20 hours, there's nothing left." That's just math, and you can't argue with the numbers.
But she also said that you spend all your time away from the table second-guessing everything you did and didn't do. Actors don't have to agonize nearly as much about the work they've done once it's over and they're off the set. Plus, they get paid no matter what happens.
