Unlike NBC, CBS is keeping its midseason line-up pretty much the same.

The changes: In place of 'Rules of Engagement' on Thursdays at 8:30PM will be Rob Schneider's new sitcom '¡Rob!' and on Sundays at 8PM ET 'Undercover Boss' will replace 'The Amazing Race.'

In '¡Rob!,' Schneider stars as a newlywed who must deal with his wife's new tight-knit Mexican-American family. Cheech Marin also stars.

CBS says 'Rules' will return to Thursdays at 8:30PM ET at a later date. 'The Amazing Race' has not been given a midseason premiere date or timeslot.

9:30-9PM '¡Rob!'

10-11PM 'The Mentalist'

SUNDAYS (Effective Jan. 15)
7-8PM '60 Minutes'
