Howard Stern is adding fuel to the fire that he may be in talks to join 'America's Got Talent' as a replacement judge for Piers Morgan. On his Sirius XM radio show, Stern addressed the rumors and re-iterated that he's a huge fan of the show, but wouldn't comment on whether he was involved in ongoing negotiations with NBC."I love the show ... I think it's the greatest, and I would be certainly honored to sit with Howie and Sharon and judge these lunatics," Stern said. He then leveled a critique at the show. "If I was a judge on that there, there would be no nonsense whatsoever ... If I was on there, the guy who won last year, whose name I can't even remember [Landau Eugene Murphy Jr.], he would never have won," Stern said.
Stern stayed coy when talking about whether he might be in the midst contract negotiations to join the show. "But here's the point ... I am not the next judge, I have no deal with 'America's Got Talent.' I'm not gonna comment on whether I'm in a negotiation ... I don't comment on negotiations. Negotiations can go horribly wrong ... There's nothing here to report," Stern said.
Tell us: Do you think Stern would make a good 'America's Got Talent' judge?
