Chaz Bono said he was told going on 'Dancing With the Stars' would be a life-changing experience, and he told Rosie O'Donnell that it absolutely was on 'The Rosie Show' (Weeknights, 7PM ET on OWN).

He also said that it was the hardest job on television, except maybe for 'Survivor.' "Nobody can imagine how difficult it is," he said. "The stress of getting on live television in front of 17 million viewers."

When O'Donnell mentioned that she gets asked every year to participate, and every year refuses, Bono said, "I would tell you to do it, actually."

Sometimes it just takes the right kind of support and encouragement to take a leap of faith. Maybe Bono's support will be just what O'Donnell needs to accept the next 'DWTS' offer that comes her way.
